The company was founded by industry experts Xing Hu and Guoping Lu. Both founders have worked for global water treatment giant Kemira(China) and they have been deeply involved in R&D of Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) since the 1980s. Over decades, we have driven continuous innovation in product performance and production processes. BS participated in the development of the Chinese national standard GB15892-2009 "Polyaluminum Chloride for Drinking Water" in 2009, using technical authority as the benchmark for product quality. From laboratory to large-scale production, from basic formulas to customized solutions, BS has accumulated 27 years of technical experience and built a full chain technology system of "research and development production application", becoming a technology leader in the field of water treatment agents in China.
